  • Local counsel to the Debtor in In Re Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation and Hudson Pipeline & Processing Company, successfully confirming a plan to restructure $120 Million in secured debt
  • Local counsel to the second lien lenders in BHM Technologies Holdings, Inc., who were owed in excess of $72 Million
  • Special insurance counsel in In Re Gainey Corporation, Inc.
  • National bankruptcy counsel for Whirlpool Corporation, managing bankruptcy cases throughout the United States
