When clients come to me with either a problem or a business prospect, I ask a lot of questions and listen carefully to their preferences about the direction they want to take. I then craft practical – and often creative – strategies to help them achieve their goals in an efficient manner. It’s satisfying to find a solution for whatever issues they’re encountering or to devise an approach that helps them seize an opportunity.

Practicing in all areas of real estate law, Kelly Clum-Matthysse handles commercial lease negotiations, real estate sales and acquisitions and construction projects. Kelly helps clients with real estate matters both in Michigan and across the country. She recognizes that purchasing, selling and leasing real estate is a significant investment, and she enjoys guiding clients through these transactions while making the processes as seamless as possible.
