Biography

Katie Pullen is a litigator with a focus in automotive, commercial, healthcare and intellectual property law. Her practice involves thorough research, sound strategy and zealous advocacy throughout the entire litigation and dispute resolution process. Naturally persuasive, Katie advocates on behalf of her clients and provides a variety of specialty services that span across multiple industries. From corporate disputes to trademark and copyright infringement and cases arising under the False Claims Act, Katie skillfully crafts arguments designed to solve even the most complex matters. Katie’s practice also involves helping automotive clients with contract disputes, stop-shipment threats and litigation matters involving recalls.
