Warner Responds to COVID-19

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is helping clients navigate this unchartered territory.

Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring federal, state and local health agencies who are working to stop the spread of COVID-19. In keeping with best practices from the Centers for Disease Control, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and county departments of public health, we join our fellow Michiganders in an effort to “flatten the curve” of this novel coronavirus.

Our law firm remains open during the outbreak, and our attorneys, paralegals and staff are responding to clients via phone, email and, as necessary, in-person. To help mitigate the spread of the virus, many of our team will be working from home in the coming weeks. Our attorneys and staff often work remotely. Warner has invested in all the tools needed for our team to continue serving you without missing a beat.

Like many Michigan businesses, we have taken additional steps to ensure the health and well-being of our team. We have canceled all non-essential business travel and group meetings during this time. We have asked nonprofits and other organizations planning to host events in our office to reschedule after we receive the all-clear from health authorities. We are redoubling cleaning efforts in all our offices. And, of course, we are accommodating schedules for all team members who have been impacted by school and other closures related to COVID-19.

This is a rapidly changing situation, and we continue to keep a close eye on local, state and national developments and the impact they may have on you. Warner is working to help your organization thrive. You can read our client alerts on COVID-19 below.

While we will face ongoing challenges in the coming days, there’s one thing you can count on: Warner attorneys will be there to help you navigate whatever changes come your way.
