We are experienced at evaluating both routine and complex financial and legal issues in connection with family law cases, including issues relating to business valuation and non-marital property. We counsel clients on a variety of Alternate Dispute Resolution methods in an effort to minimize the emotional difficulty and expense often encountered in connection with these types of cases, while at the same time zealously advocating for and protecting our client's interests. Whenever possible, we strive to resolve issues by agreement; however, we are experienced litigators who are able to effectively try those cases that cannot be settled.
