Paul Boehms Discusses Warner Office Expansion with Law360

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Executive Director Paul Boehms discussed the firm's Detroit and Bloomfield Hills office openings with Law360.

Warner's Detroit office has space for 60-plus attorneys and is conveniently located in the city's central entertainment district. Boehms expressed the firm's enthusiasm for being part of Detroit's revitalized urban core and close to the city's many amenities. The Bloomfield Hills office maintains the firm's presence in Oakland County by focusing on tax law, family law and personal legal services.

"We're evolving where our clients are," Boehms said, noting Warner is now the only large Michigan law firm with offices in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

When asked about the changing office workplace landscape, Boehms said: "While a lot of other law firms are looking to go more virtual, we think that our strength is around our collaboration and connectedness. You can never replace the collaboration that happens within the office, and we have a culture where people like to not only work hard but socialize together. We have a strong pent-up demand to return to the office, and I think we can best service our clients there."

As Michigan's second largest law firm, Warner currently has more than 230 attorneys practicing in its nine offices in Grand Rapids, Detroit, Midland, Macomb County, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, Holland, Lansing and Bloomfield Hills.
