Warner Norcross + Judd LLP hosted the FEI Detroit Hot Topic – Inclusive Leadership and Generational Differences in the Workplace in person at our Detroit office on May 9, 2023. The Hot Topic presentation was presented by the firm's DEI Manager, Mandice McAllister.
This session provided emerging and seasoned professionals with the tools to develop and leverage the skill of inclusive leadership to build effective and high-performing multi-generational teams. Participants walked away with a call to action to ensure that their organizations are inclusive and well positioned to hire, develop and promote the next generation of diverse talent and advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
