I pride myself on handling and winning matters and cases that touch upon a broad array of environmental issues – from the simple to the complex. I have an uncommon depth of experience handling traditional environmental matters, such as cleanup of contaminated property and the mediation, arbitration, and litigation that often arises from cleanups. But I have also consistently achieved success for clients who have novel problems and concerns in areas where there is no precedent or prior experience.

Scott Watson concentrates his practice in environmental law and the energy industry. He advises clients on regulatory and litigation matters involving federal and state environmental laws, including NEPA, CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and Michigan's Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act.
