She has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, health care, insurance, consumer products, manufacturing, education and food distribution, wholesale and retail.

  • Represented the Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN), the state designated health information exchange (HIE) for Michigan, in licensing the Axolotl HIE platform from OptumInsight.
  • Represented a major Michigan electric and natural gas utility company in the procurement of a large-scale advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system.
  • Represented a global financial services company in outsourcing of its IT infrastructure.
  • Represented numerous clients in connection with their acquisition of major ERP systems (including Lawson, Oracle and SAP) and ongoing licensing and support issues.
  • Counsels clients on developing and implementing contract management processes and developing software licensing and support
