I am determined to make every client a long-term fan. I’m an extrovert and I naturally like people, but I also make the effort to provide sincere service. This means being responsive and adjusting to a client’s needs, corporate culture and desired communication style – instead of expecting them to adjust to me. It also means going beyond legal skill and strategy and offering security and peace of mind in what are often very stressful situations. Clients put a lot of trust and faith in me, so when I say something is going to work out, I will do everything in my power to make it happen.
As a business/corporate and estate planning attorney, Dave Klippert represents businesses large and small with their day-to-day needs – including contract negotiation, real estate acquisitions and leases, as well as all facets of commercial transactions. He is also there for more complex issues, such as business sales and acquisitions and succession planning for closely held or family businesses. His estate planning work dovetails nicely for clients throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region who are in manufacturing, real estate development and professional services, including accounting and dental practices.
