Warner Employment News From the Law Shanty – EEOC Guidance Updates and Additions for Vaccine Mandates

After patiently waiting for OSHA to issue the updated Emergency Temporary Standard, with no such luck, Steve Palazzolo shifts focus to the EEOC Guidance which updated Section K: Vaccinations – Overview, ADA, Title VII and GINA, and added Section L: Vaccinations – Title VII and Religious Objections to COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates. In today’s “Warner Employment News From the Law Shanty,” Steve walks through these updates and additions, specifically what employees need to share with their employer and what employers need to do with that information. He hits on important developments within these changes, spelling out exactly what accommodations employers need to make. Click on the link below to view the video.
