Warner Employment News From the Law Shanty – COVID-19 Employment Rights Act

Michigan is starting to resemble a pre-COVID‑19 time, with fully vaccinated people going mask-less and restrictions being lessened. The COVID‑19 Employment Rights Act is a law that was passed during the worst of COVID‑19, and is still intact, protecting employees and their rights to stay home for a variety of COVID‑19 reasons. In this week’s Law Shanty video, Steve Palazzolo discusses the COVID‑19 Employment Rights Act and how to remain in compliance with that law, even though all other restrictions are being lifted.
