Real Estate Services Group E-Bulletin

From time to time, the Real Estate Services Group circulates bulletins with information regarding recent changes in the law on topics that we believe you may find of interest.

The Winter distribution of the Real Estate Services Group E-Bulletin includes articles pertaining to the Supreme Court's Fall 2005 ruling regarding riparian rights. If you are thinking about purchasing waterfront property, you'll want to take a look at the first two links at the right of this page to see what rights, under the new law, you have as a landowner. Also, as a real estate owner, there are important dates to remember as we head into the 2005 tax season. Please see the third link to review important tax deadlines. In addition, we have a link to a general legislative summary highlighting recent changes in legislation and a link to an informational article on wireless leases and lease terms.

We sincerely hope that you find this bulletin useful. If Warner Norcross & Judd can assist you in any manner, please contact one of our professionals at the link below.
