New USERRA Poster

The Department of Labor has issued a new poster requirement regarding USERRA. The following link ( will take you to the poster all employers are now required to post in their workplace. Federal law requires employers to notify employees of their rights under USERRA and employers may meet this requirement by displaying this notice where they customarily place notices for employees.
