GM Revises Controversial Purchasing Terms

On Feb. 11, General Motors issued updated purchasing terms and conditions after months of complaints from suppliers. The new terms revised a controversial set of terms and conditions that GM issued in July 2013. Go here for our complete breakdown and analysis of the changes.
