Jason Tejani concentrates his practice in intellectual property (IP) and transactional matters with an emphasis on chemical, biotech, material and mechanical technologies. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications, manages domestic and global patent portfolios, structures license and royalty agreements, and advises clients strategically, knowing that the proper management of IP should further business goals, not vice versa. Jason achieves this by guiding organizations to responsibly utilize resources in the pursuit of meaningful IP protection. Jason has vast experience across the automotive, aerospace, consumer products, healthcare, packaging, semiconductor, manufacturing and computer science industries. He also has exposure to FDA regulations and various quality management systems, including ISO9001 and AS9100. He has a flexible and positive demeanor and clients find him approachable when facing even the most complex situations. As a valuable team member, Jason is a creative problem solver who believes that understanding the client and the nature of their business is the foundation of any lasting relationship.
