Kaitlin’s practice focuses on environmental and cannabis law. Kaitlin assists clients in all manners of environmental issues including regulatory compliance, site investigation, cleanup and closure, solid and hazardous waste, due diligence and permitting.  She is also a member of Warner’s Cannabis Group and advises clients about the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act, the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act and cannabidiol (CBD) products. Kaitlin represents growers, provisioning centers, processors, staffing providers, secure transporters and other cannabis-focused businesses.
