Scott Watson concentrates his practice in environmental law and the energy industry. He advises clients on complex regulatory and litigation matters involving federal and state environmental law, including NEPA, CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, the Underground Injection Control Program of the Safe Drinking Water Act and Michigan's Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act.
