Ryan is a litigator who focuses his practice on commercial and employment litigation. He became an attorney because he likes to debate issues, conduct research that untangles complex issues and help deserving people prevail in legal disputes. He has represented employers in state and federal courts, worked on several discrimination claims – conducting discovery, eDiscovery and writing legal briefs – and successfully defended an employer in a race and age discrimination claim before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ryan has also worked on cases involving receivership, breach of warranty claims and antitrust issues.
