Biography

Emily Rucker’s practice focuses on supply chain, construction and general commercial litigation. She represents automotive, manufacturing and construction industry clients in a variety of disputes. Emily provides creative solutions both in and out of the courtroom and helps clients comprehend the risks and benefits to going to trial or in seeking alternative dispute resolution. Emily’s straightforward, efficient and thoughtful approach is an asset to clients, and it’s what makes her a valuable member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Warner.
