Andrew Reside is a corporate and real estate attorney whose work entails drafting lease agreements and representing clients on zoning matters and appeals, property tax matters and administrative law issues, including successfully completing an appeal to the township zoning board of appeals. Andrew also regularly assists businesses with entity formation, drafting organizational, definitive and M&A documents, contract review and tax-related matters.

Andrew received his law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a notes editor for the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honor from Michigan State University in political theory and constitutional democracy. While attending law school, Andrew was a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic where he assisted student-led startups with entity formation, financing and worker classification issues.
