Tracey Lackman is an economic incentives and real-estate development transactional attorney. She regularly works with developers, lenders and tax-credit investors on a wide range of projects for both for-profit and nonprofit clients. Her expertise includes advising clients in the structuring and development of low-income housing tax credit and other affordable housing developments, historic rehabilitation tax credit developments, and other types of tax credit developments. In addition, she assists clients on a variety of other matters, including the representation of lenders in the making of loans to facilitate tax-credit transactions, as well as loans for other commercial real-estate transactions. Her work also includes the representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, entity formation, including applying for 501(c)(3) status, and advising clients in the structural and organizational areas of their business. Tracey is well respected among her peers and clients for excellent team play and for being highly organized and detail oriented. She approaches each project with the desire to make a positive impact for clients and the community.
