DeAndre' advises employers on various aspects of labor and employment law, including disability and leave issues, wage and hour issues and termination issues. He also guides clients through difficult workplace safety and health issues across a variety of industries, including mining operations. DeAndre' litigates labor and employment disputes and conducts internal investigations surrounding discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. From advances in technology to the changing demographic of the workforce, labor and employment laws are rapidly evolving. DeAndre' provides clients with the foresight necessary to remain compliant in today's ever-changing workforce. Identifying potential risks within organizations before they occur is one of his specialties – it's a proactive approach to problem solving that prevents issues from ever taking place.
