  • Regularly conducts environmental due diligence for major commercial transactions
  • Represents a client at one of the largest contamination cleanup sites in the country
  • Assists product manufacturers, packagers and retailers with environmental labeling, packaging and recycling requirements
  • Regularly counsels major chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies on hazardous waste issues
  • Worked on team that successfully defended a major pharmaceutical company at one of the nation's largest Superfund sites
