Biography

Katelyn Crysler is a litigation attorney who dedicates her practice to strategic counseling and complex commercial disputes. Katelyn represents businesses of all sizes—from small corporations to Fortune 500 companies—in a variety of fields, ranging from automotive to health care to white collar defense.

Katelyn has worked on a wide-range of intricate litigation matters involving claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, shareholder oppression, trade secret misappropriation, civil conspiracy, unfair competition, tortious interference with business relationships, conversion, breach of fiduciary duties, malicious prosecution, defamation and willful destruction of evidence.

Katelyn is client-focused, results driven and she takes pride in staying current on recent developments in the law. Most recently, she played an integral role on Warner’s COVID-19 response team.
