Ojone is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Ojone concentrates her practice on estate and succession planning for individuals, families and businesses. Her compassion for people drew her to the trust and estates area because she feels she can both connect with and help people. She works to help her clients approach the future confident that their loved ones are provided for and their assets are protected.
In addition to her estate planning practice, Ojone also assists clients with their immigration needs. Her areas of focus include guiding employers in hiring foreign workers across a variety of industries, providing research to help resolve complex immigration issues, and assisting with appeals. As a foreign national born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Ojone uses her own personal experience with the U.S. immigration system to help craft practical immigration solutions for clients.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Calvin University and her law degree from The University of Iowa College of Law. Ojone values investing in the local community through volunteer work and serving on community boards.”
