Warner partner discusses impact of changes to patent law in The Grand Rapids Press

Chuck Burpee, chair of the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at Warner Norcross, was featured in a Sunday Grand Rapids Press article on the impact of changes to the patent law. Burpee noted that the America Invents Act, which changes the United States to a “first-to-file” country, actually brings us in line with how the rest of the world handles patents.
