Warner Represents Structural Concepts Corporation in Its Sale to Mason Wells

Mason Wells has acquired Structural Concepts Corporation (SCC), a designer and manufacturer of temperature-controlled food and beverage display cases for foodservice establishments and supermarkets. Founded in 1972 by James Doss, Structural Concepts designs, engineers and manufactures high-performing refrigerated merchandisers with an emphasis on innovation, design, quality, vertical integration and superior customer service. The company headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Muskegon, Michigan.

Warner acted as legal counsel to Structural Concepts Corporation. The transaction team was led by Steve Waterbury and the team consisted of: Mike Jones, Corinne Sprague and Emily Cantor (M&A); Chuck Burpee (intellectual property); Scott Hubbard (environmental); Jason Byrne (insurance); Jon Kok (labor and employment); Stephen Kretschman (tax); Justin Stemple (employee benefits); Robert Nolan (antitrust); and Bill Hall (real estate).
