Warner Represented Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppes, Inc. and AutoBath America, Inc. in Their Sale to FullSpeed Automotive

Warner represented Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppes, Inc. and AutoBath America, Inc. in their recent sale to FullSpeed Automotive, a portfolio company of CenterOak Partners LLC, a Dallas-based private equity firm.

 
Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppes operates 29 locations and provides quick lube, preventative maintenance and car wash services. AutoBath America has five car wash locations.
 
FullSpeed Automotive is one of the nation’s largest franchisors and operators of automotive service centers, primarily under the Grease Monkey and SpeeDee brands. The company provides oil changes, tire sales and rotations, brake services, car washes and other services.
 
The Warner transaction team was led by Michael Jones and Stephen Waterbury and included Mary Bonnema and Nathan DeVries (intellectual property), John Byl (environmental), Heidi Lyon and Justin Stemple (employee benefits), Jonathan Kok (labor and employment), Benjamin Nimphie and Daniel Persinger (corporate), and Ford Turrell (commercial finance – Paycheck Protection Program lending).
