Warner Represented Kendall Electric, Inc. In Its Acquisition of Rumsey Electric Company

Kendall Electric, Inc., a member of The Kendall Group, announced the acquisition of Rumsey Electric Company, bringing two distribution networks together to deliver unparalleled product and service offerings to their customers.

The Kendall Group, established in 1973 and headquartered in Portage, Michigan, is 100% employee-owned, with more than 1,300 Owner-Associates. It is comprised of six divisions with more than 70 locations across nine states. It serves the electrical, lighting, automation, pipe, valve and fitting (PVF), steam and instrumentation industries.
