Warner Norcross Names Three Attorneys as Partners

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP today announced that three attorneys have been named as partners in the Firm.

The new partners are:

  • Brian T. Lang, who concentrates his practice in litigation and arbitration with a focus on international commercial litigation. He holds an undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College cum laude, a graduate degree from St. Louis University in Missouri and a doctor of jurisprudence from The Ohio State University with honors.

  • James P. Spica, who concentrates his practice in trusts and estates planning, with an emphasis in tax law and charitable and planned giving. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with honors, a doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Detroit School of Law, and a master of laws in taxation from the New York University School of Law.

  • Mark E. Spitzley, who concentrates his practice in corporate law, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and international business. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a doctor of jurisprudence from Wayne State University cum laude.
