Warner Norcross Names Gregory E. Schmidt as Partner

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP today announced that Gregory Schmidt has been named as a partner in the Firm.

Schmidt, who practices in the Firm's Grand Rapids office, joined Warner Norcross in 1997. He concentrates his practice in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, financing transactions and general corporate matters.

Schmidt is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the West Michigan Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Schmidt holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Calvin College in Grand Rapids and a master's of science degree in environmental health engineering from the University of Texas. He received his doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Michigan Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was Order of the Coif.

A native of Rockford, Schmidt now resides in Caledonia.
