Warner Norcross & Judd is Advising Perrigo Company in the Sale of its U.S. Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements Business

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP is representing Perrigo Company in its divestiture of its U.S. vitamins, minerals and supplements business to International Vitamin Corporation.  

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by early August.  

Perrigo Company plc is a top five global over-the-counter consumer goods and leading specialty pharmaceutical company, offering patients and customers high-quality products at affordable prices.
