Warner Norcross & Judd Represented Donnelly Penman & Partners as Placement Agent in $15 Million Common Stock Offering

On December 15, 2016, Fentura Financial, Inc. (OTCQX:FETM), announced that on December 12, 2016, it had closed on the issuance of 1,071,428 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.00 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $15 million. The proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the pending acquisition of Community Bancorp, Inc., to support Fentura's continued growth, and for other corporate purposes.

Donnelly Penman & Partners acted as sole placement agent for the common stock offering. Warner Norcross & Judd LLP acted as counsel to Donnelly Penman & Partners.
