Warner Norcross & Judd represented CCL Industries Inc. (CCL) (TSX:CCL.A) (TSX:CCL.B), a leader in specialty label and packaging solutions for global corporations, small businesses and consumers, in CCL’s US$500 million offering of 3.25% senior notes due 2026. The transaction closed on September 20, 2016.

The Warner Norcross transaction team was led by Charlie Goode and Mark Wassink. The team also included Michael Jones, Gordon Lewis, Bruce Young, Emily Cantor and Corinne Sprague.
