Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Opens Bloomfield Hills Office

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP today announced it has opened a new office in Bloomfield Hills, the firm's ninth office in the state.

As the second largest law firm headquartered in Michigan, with 230 lawyers across the state, Warner’s expansion in Southeast Michigan reflects its commitment to its clients in the region. The new office is conveniently located at 40701 Woodward Ave., and features a flexible, collaborative layout, spacious conference rooms, convenient, on-site parking and access to a large reception area to host gatherings and social events. The firm anticipates significant growth in this new office.

In early April, Warner announced the opening of its office in Detroit at 2715 Woodward Ave., which has space for 60-plus attorneys and staff. The Bloomfield Hills office is the third in the metro Detroit area for Warner. The firm has had a Macomb County office for 15 years. Collectively, all Warner offices are imminently capable of providing first-class legal services in a wide range of areas.

"Along with our Detroit office opening, the addition of a Bloomfield Hills office demonstrates our commitment to be where our clients live, work and play," said Linda Paullin-Hebden, executive partner of Warner's Detroit and Bloomfield Hills offices. "We anticipate continued growth in Southeast Michigan as a result of our expanded footprint and our ability to consistently deliver premier legal services."

The Warner partners moving to Bloomfield Hills include:

  • Nazli G. Sater, Chair of the firm's Family Law Practice Group, and Roquia K. Draper, who represent clients in all aspects of family law, ranging from divorce cases, including complex business valuation issues and property division, premarital and post-nuptial agreements, business valuation issues, custody and parenting time, spousal and child support, as well as mediation and arbitration of all related issues.

  • William C. Lentine, who serves as a business and tax attorney guiding clients in general business law, taxation and trusts and estates matters. Recent client services have focused on COVID compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate developments, tax planning and venture capital investments.

Warner established its first metro Detroit office in 1997 with just two attorneys. In the time since, the firm has grown its regional presence to include nearly 50 attorneys practicing from its three office locations. Warner is the only large Michigan law firm with offices in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties.

Warner is following Michigan COVID-19 office safety regulations and will slowly move attorneys and team members into the building as restrictions are lifted.
