Warner Norcross Elects Two New Members to Management Committee

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP recently elected two partners to serve on its Management Committee.

Cameron S. DeLong and John R. Marquis will serve three-year terms on the Firm's 10-member Management Committee. The committee, which is chaired by Managing Partner Douglas E. Wagner, is responsible for the strategic vision and the day-to-day operations of Warner Norcross, which is the largest law firm in West Michigan.

Cam DeLong focuses his practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, international law and closely held business planning. Active professionally, he lectures and presents widely on a wide variety of corporate and tax issues. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America.

Jack Marquis concentrates his practice in health sciences, including concierge medicine, tax and business law. Active professionally and within the community, he serves on numerous boards, lectures frequently and publishes on tax and other business issues. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and as a Michigan Super Lawyer.
