Warner Norcross Appoints Three New Practice Group Chairs

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has appointed three partners to chair practice groups within the Firm.

Stephen B. Grow will serve as the chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Group. The 10-member group represents secured creditors, debtors, creditors’ committees and trustees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings, loan workouts, collection suits, foreclosure actions and related matters.

Louis C. Rabaut will head the Labor & Employment Practice Group, which serves more than 800 employers. The 23-member group provides comprehensive employment relations counsel and services, including hiring, promoting, supervising, disciplining and firing employees.

Richard A. Roane will serve as the chair of the Family Law Practice Group. The nine-member group offers a wide range of services, including premarital and post-marital agreements, separation agreements, annulment, divorce, custody and support, property division and related areas.
