Mark K. Harder Appointed to ICLE Probate Advisory Board

Mark K. Harder, a partner with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Probate Advisory Board.

Harder, who concentrates his practices in trusts and estates law, will serve a three-year term on the board. ICLE is a nonprofit organization that works to provide Michigan lawyers with continuing legal education and resource materials that enable them to practice law more effectively.

Active both personally and professionally, Harder is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, where he serves on the State Laws Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the State Bar of Michigan, where he serves on the Council of the Probate and Estate Planning Section and chairs the Council’s Amicus Curiae and Michigan Trust Code Committees.

Harder has held leadership and board positions with numerous organizations, including the Holland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Women in Transition.
