Lyndsay S. Ott Joins Warner Norcross


Lyndsay S. Ott has joined the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP as an attorney.

Ott concentrates her practice on commercial finance law, loan workouts, general litigation, dispute resolution and restructuring.  She will practice in the firm’s Macomb office.

Prior to joining Warner Norcross, Ott was an associate attorney with O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. where she focused on creditor’s rights, general litigation, municipal tax appeal litigation, debt restructuring and related areas.

Ott is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association, the Macomb County Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.  She serves as treasurer of the Women Lawyers Association of Macomb and is active with the Macomb Charitable Foundation. 

Ott holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan and a doctor of jurisprudence from Wayne State University Law School where she was note and comment editor for the Wayne State Law Review.

A native of Utica, Michigan, Ott currently resides in Shelby Township with her husband Brandon and daughter Alexis.
