Loren Andrulis Named Legal Practice Chair at Warner Norcross

Loren Andrulis has been named chair of the Legal Practice Committee of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.

Andrulis, who concentrates his practice on business securities and real estate law, will chair the 12-member committee, which coordinates professional activities within the Firm. Specifically, it handles issues related to the Firm's 40 practice groups, quality assurance, specialization and departmentalization, seminars and continuing legal education, professional ethics, new clients and library resources.

Andrulis is a member of the State Bar of Michigan where he is active in sections concentrating on business and real estate law. He lectures widely on a number of topics, including business securities law matters and real estate issues.

He received a bachelor's degree from Kalamazoo College and a doctor of jurisprudence cum laude from the Wayne State University Law School.
