Gregory E. Schmidt Named Client Development & Marketing Chair At Warner Norcross

Gregory E. Schmidt has been named client development and marketing chair for the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.

Schmidt, who concentrates his practice in corporate law with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, will lead the law firm's initiatives in business and client development, marketing and public relations. He will work closely with the Warner Norcross team of client development, community relations, advertising, branding and public relations specialists.

A partner in the Grand Rapids office, Schmidt has served on the Warner Norcross Management Committee. He is a member of the West Michigan Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan. He is an alumnus of Leadership Grand Rapids.

A native of Grand Rapids, Schmidt holds a bachelor of science from Calvin College, a master of science from the University of Texas and a doctor of jurisprudence magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. He now resides in Rockford.
