Great Lakes Bay Region Professionals Will Share M&A Market Update for Business Owners

Area professionals from the Great Lakes Bay Region will share their expertise on merger and acquisition issues for middle market companies during an M&A Market Update for business owners on Tuesday, April 28 in Saginaw.
The free event begins at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast, followed by a roundtable discussion from 8 to 9:30 a.m.  The event is sponsored by Charter Capital Partners, Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, Chemical Bank and Rehmann and will be held at Horizons Conference Center, 6200 State St.
Jeffrey A. Ott, a partner with the firm who concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, is the moderator for the event’s roundtable discussion that will focus on:
·         Current trends in mergers and acquisitions
·         Developing an M&A playbook
·         The regulatory environment and its impact on M&A opportunities
·         The availability of capital, including the rate environment and projections
