Ford J.H. Turrell Appointed to Council of Administrative and Regulatory Law Section of the Michigan State Bar

Ford J.H. Turrell, an attorney with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to serve on the Council of the Administrative and Regulatory Law Section of the Michigan State Bar.
Turrell will serve a three-year term on the section, which focuses on law related to all state and federal administrative agencies, the tribunals in which they make their determinations and the processes utilized to issue guidance or make rules. The 700-member section provides education, information and analysis in regards to the agencies through meetings, seminars, public service programs, web and print publications. 
Turrell concentrates his practice in environmental law and regulatory compliance. He also practices mining and energy-related law, assisting clients with transactions, governmental regulations and due diligence.  He is a member of the firm’s Resources, Energy and Environment Practice Group.
