Dennis J. Donohue Named Chair of Grand Rapids Bar Environmental Law Section

Dennis J. Donohue, a partner at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to chair the Grand Rapids Bar Association Environmental Law Section.

Donohue, who concentrates his practice in environmental law, will serve a one-year term as the section chair. The Environmental Law Section provides education, information and analysis about issues of environmental concern through meetings and seminars. Donohue also serves in a leadership role in the State Bar of Michigan's Environmental Law Section.

Warner Norcross has one of the largest environmental law practices in the state, with more than 20 attorneys who concentrate on all types of air, surface water, groundwater, solid and hazardous waste and other environmental issues.

Donohue, who joined the Firm in 1992, is also active in a number of professional and community organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Michigan Water Environment Association and the Air and Waste Management Association.
