David Eberhard Appointed to Macomb Business Advisory Board

David C.C. Eberhard, an attorney with the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been named to serve on a Business Advisory Board via Macomb-Oakland University INCubator, a collaborative program supporting entrepreneurial endeavors.

Eberhard, who concentrates his practice in the areas of business, corporate, financial services and real estate law, will be part of the advisory team comprised of experts from various industries and backgrounds.  Each BAB is assigned to support a specific applicant business by creating a customized business plan and providing a variety of business support services.  Given its location in the Macomb County “defense corridor,” Mac-OU Inc. is particularly targeting defense-related businesses. It is a partnership between the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County and Oakland University.

Eberhard serves as a council member of the Business Law Section- State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the American Bar Association- Forum on the Construction Industry, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), State Bar of Michigan and Macomb County Bar Association.  He also serves as a board member of the Church Extension Fund- Michigan District of the Lutheran Church, Historic Trinity Lutheran Church, Historic Trinity, Inc. and Lutheran Heritage Foundation.
