Carin Ojala Named Director of Professional Development for Warner Norcross

Carin L. Ojala has been named the director of professional development for Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.

Ojala, who has been an attorney with the Firm since 1994, will be responsible for attorney retention and development, mentor and training programs, associate continuity and transition, and other related areas. She will also have responsibility for implementing the goals, policies and activities of the professional staff programs.

"As Warner Norcross continues to grow, our attorneys must have the appropriate tools to succeed in their practice areas," explained Douglas E. Wagner, managing partner of Warner Norcross. "We have created this new position to pick up where our recruiting efforts end to ensure that our new attorneys are integrated into the Firm smoothly and that all our attorneys have access to mentors, development opportunities and other programs that will aid in their successful career development.

Since joining the Firm, Ojala has concentrated her practice in corporate and commercial law. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

Ojala holds a bachelor's degree with distinction from the University of Michigan and her doctor of jurisprudence cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
