Uniform Principal and Income Act: Best Practices for Process and Substance; and Michigan Trust Code Update

Warner Norcross & Judd attorneys Mark Harder and Jennifer Remondino, both of whom focus on trust and estate law, will be among the featured speakers at the 52nd Annual Probate and Estate Planning Institute.

Mark will discuss the power to adjust allocations between principal and income, drafting trusts, advising trustees and other related matters. Jennifer will  provide an update on the Michigan Trust Code, including topics such as terminating small trusts, removing and appointing trustees, drafting certificates of trust and appointing trustees.
