What do Hollywood, the Media and Washington have in common? Blockbuster allegations – and admissions – of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior. As victims come forward, it has never been more apparent that harassment is happening every day. Employers’ responsibility to protect their employees is front and center.

Warner Norcross + Judd and Sterling Insurance Group will host a sexual harassment program on February 22, 2018, designed to address these concerns and more. We will address what constitutes harassment, what you can do to prevent harassment in the workplace, what to do if harassment occurs, a company’s obligation to investigate, how to properly insure your organization against sexual harassment claims and when to involve outside counsel.

We hope you can join us!
