Investment Advisers and Applicants Seminar offered by OFIR

Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences Grand Valley State University

8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Want to learn more about the impending changes to investment adviser regulations? The Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation (OFIR) is planning two free seminar sessions on the topic on Monday, October 10 at Grand Valley State University’s Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences in Grand Rapids.

The sessions, to be moderated by Shane Hansen, a WN&J partner, will each target different types of firms. The morning session is aimed at investment advisers currently subject to state regulation while the afternoon session is for firms transitioning from SEC to state registration.

If you have questions about regulatory changes affecting your firm or need help with them, please contact Shane Hansen, co-chair of the Broker Dealer and Investment Adviser Law and Regulation group at Warner Norcross & Judd. Our WNJ&J team would be pleased to help you.
